Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order completes its 2 to 6 business day (OR 4-8 weeks for custom orders)processing window, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address or phone number (via SMS) provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

No Post-Order Cancellations: We are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed, as order data is immediately routed to our production and processing queue.

Returns for Unwanted Orders: If you placed an order by mistake or no longer wish to receive the items, please follow our standard returns process once the package arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Window: Requests for exchanges or refunds must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in pristine, resellable condition.

All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.

Any promotional gifts or complimentary items received with the order must also be returned to process a refund.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by 404 Ice.

Return Process: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own trackable return shipping labels unless otherwise authorized by our support team. All returns require prior authorization via 404icesupport@gmail.com.

We ship worldwide. For all orders outside the USA and Canada, the recipient is the importer of record and must ensure the product complies with all local import laws and regulations.

Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

Customer Responsibility: Customs policies vary significantly by country. All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Refused Shipments: Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If an international package is refused due to unexpected import fees, the total order cost—including original shipping and any return carrier charges—will not be refunded.

Clearance Delays: Standard customs clearance typically takes 1 business day, but inspections can cause delivery delays beyond our original transit estimates.

Recommendations for Smooth International Delivery:

1. Provide a Valid Phone Number: Ensure a reachable contact number is listed on your order so local customs authorities can contact you for clearance.

2. Respond Promptly: Do not ignore carrier notices regarding import duties or tax liabilities. Most international carriers hold packages for only 5 business days before abandoning or returning them at the sender's expense.

Terms & Conditions

Out of Stock Items: Store credit may be issued for items that become out of stock during processing. Refunds for out-of-stock items can be issued to the original payment method upon request.

Shipping Issues: If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped, a 404 Ice customer service representative will contact you directly.

Fraud Prevention: 404 Ice reserves the right to cancel any order that triggers security flags for suspicious or fraudulent activity. All verified fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Carrier Liability: 404 Ice is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

Fulfillment Disputes: Any discrepancies or fulfillment issues with an order must be reported to 404icesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date to request a resolution.
